A credit is consumed when you extract data. Maps searches cost 1 credit per business result—website contact details on each maps result are included at no extra charge. Website contact searches cost 1 credit per website, and you're only charged when contact data is found.

What happens if I don't have enough credits?

Searches don't fail when you're low on credits. We return as many results as your balance allows, and you can unlock the rest later from the same request once you have more credits. On the Free plan, credits refresh monthly. On paid plans, your allocation renews at the start of each billing period.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes. Workspace owners can cancel anytime from the subscription page. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep any remaining credits until they expire. After that, your workspace moves to the Free plan and receives 100 credits each month.
